Belkin today announced its new TuneSync for iPod, which integrates an iPod dock with a five-port USB 2.0 hub. The hub also adds a stereo-out jack that lets users listen to their music by connecting a stereo, powered speakers, or headphones while the iPod charges. Other features of the new iPod accessory include: charges and syncs an iPod or iPod mini, monitoring of port and power status with LEDs, and over-current detection and safety. TuneSync for iPod is expected to ship in North America in November for US$59.99.
