Comm-Unity Networking Systems has released MMQuery 1.1.1 (http://mmquery.cnsplug-ins.com/), an update of the plug-in for FileMaker Pro that lets you work with your data through the calculation engine. This is a maintenance update which imports core plug-in updates from other CNS Plug-ins. Version 1.1.1 also adds a preference to always use the new FileMaker Pro 11 SQL interface.

MMQuery allows you to perform SQL queries on your own database or use the helper functions in the plug-in to do the same types of queries without actually having to know SQL. MMQuery requires FileMaker Pro 7.0v3 and above to function properly. The plug-in won’t under previous versions of FileMaker Pro. If you have FileMaker Pro 7.0 but have not updated to 7.0v3, you can obtain a free update from FileMaker, Inc’s web site.

A single-user license for the client version of MMQuery is US$35. To use the Server Edition of MMQuery, you’ll need to purchase at least a 10-User license. A 10-User License is $172. If you own a 1.x license of MMQuery, the upgrade to 1.1.1 is free.
