Vogel (http://www.vogels.com) has announced the Mount & Cover System for iPad, a mounting solution for protecting and mounting your iPad at home, work and when travelling. It mounts the Apple tablet on walls, tables, desks, or in cars.
 
The Vogel’s Mount & Cover System for iPad is designed to let you: use the iPad as an in-car entertainment system; in the living room as a sound controller, to watch DVDs, news or weather stations; in the kitchen to view iBook recipes; or in the bedroom to listen to music or as an alarm clock.

Vogel’s is offering a licensing program to enable third parties to use or embed the Vogel’s system in their covers or mounts. Available in Europe next month, with U.S. availability early 2011, the Vogel’s Mount & Cover System for iPad starter kit includes one base cover and one wall mount, priced at 79.99 Euro (U.S. pricing has yet to be determined).  The base cover is also sold separately, priced at 59.99 Euro and the wall mount is 29.99 Euro.
