Raskin Software (http://raskinformac.com/) has updated its self-titled Raskin application – a zoomable single surface Finder alternative for the Mac — to version 1.2.2. The upgrade adds a Services contextual menu giving access to all file and folder-related Services provided by Mac OS X, as well as custom Services installed or created by the user.

This can be an Automator Action to rotate or scale the currently viewed picture directly on the Raskin Surface or a file renaming action.

Raskin is designed to simplify interaction with your computer files. It costs US$49.95 for a single-user license and requires Mac OS X 10.6.3 or higher. A 30-day demo is available for download.
