InnoPocket (http://www.innopocket.com) has released the EliteFoilo for the iPad 2. It’s a multi-function carbon fiber case for the second gen Apple tablet.
EliteFoilo consists of two real carbon fiber shells molded to fit the iPad 2. The tablet snaps into the bottom panel, while the top panel closes down over the screen to protect it when not in use.
The top and bottom panels are joined with a patented swivel hinge that rotates 360 degrees on a stainless steel hinge pin, allowing the top panel to fold completely underneath the bottom panel.
The rotating hinge can convert the top panel to a stand that allows you to use your iPad for landscape or portrait viewing. You can also flip the smart hinge up at your desk, allowing you to tilt the iPad into a comfortable typing position.
The EliteFoilo Carbon Fiber Case for iPad 2 is available to pre-order now for US$199 and will start shipping at the end of April.
