Dirk Bost has announced Scrap It HD for the iPad. The US$0.99 scrapbooking app lets you piece together a scrap creation from scratch, choosing from up to 1,350 different pieces of art including backgrounds,  ribbons, and embellishments.

iNetwallpaper has premiered Wallpaper Studio Pro HD -- Themes and Backgrounds for the iPad. The $1.99 app offers over 200 custom designed themes and wallpapers. You can adjust the brightness of all the wallpapers.

Mother Tucker has released AlarmMate 1.0 for iOS devices. The $0.99 utility gives users an alarm clock that reads their date, email, weather, calendar and horoscope when they wake up using iSpeech Text-To-Speech.

ICE Europe and Soft Precision have introduced BuddyCalc 1.0 for iOS. It's a $2.99 expense and cost sharing app targeted at friends sharing costs at events, dinners or during trips as well as at business travelers. BuddyCalc -- which is also available in a feature-limited free version -- handles cost sharing events, keeps track of expenses and more.

MTbrain IOS Development has premiered What-a-Day, a Twitter-Mail-SMS messenger for iPhone devices. The $0.99 app lets you enrich messages in an individual way.

Pixel Research Labs has unveiled Instabooth 1.0, a photo app for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $0.99 lets users take a photo with an effect or apply one to a photo from their camera roll. There are 20 different effects, most of them customizable, and all effects preview in real time.

Smarty Ears has presented Phonological Awareness for iOS. It's a $29.99 app to evaluate children with speech, language, and reading difficulties.

Luster GmbH has given us Luster for the iPhone. It's a free location-based fashion sharing and discovery app. Luster features an interactive map that allows users to browse through local boutiques and live galleries of the hottest finds nearby.

Virtual Vision has driven out Jumper Buggy 1.0 for iOS. In the $0.99 game, yo drive a buggy that can jump over obstacles. Perform acrobatic jumps, automatically fires missiles against enemies, collect items to increase your score and get super power.

The new Essay Czar 1.0 is proprietary software that uses essay writing as an instructional framework to teach thinking skills. For the iPad and iPhone, the $14.99 app is available as an eBook and inadvanced versions for middle school, high school and college.

iKeepInTouch is a new, free app designed to help users keep in touch with their important contacts, schedule meetings when they are, or will soon be, near their contacts' location, and even steer clear of contacts they'd prefer to avoid. iKeepInTouch also lets users know when they're in close proximity, 1-50 miles, of selected contacts.
