Firetask introduces background syncing for the Mac


Developer Gerald Aquila says Firetask's (http://www.firetask.com) cloud-syncing is now fully automated and running completely in the background.

The cloud service is free for basic syncing and allows to easily sync your task repositories between any number of Macs, iPads, iPhones and iPod touches. The update is delivered through new versions of Firetask for Mac, iPhone and iPad respectively.

Firetask for Mac also includes a number of new features and usability improvements such as checklists, new optional views, a customizable sidebar and a configurable quick-entry hotkey. For the first time Firetask for Mac is now also sandboxed in the Mac App Store version.

Firetask for Mac is available for US$39.99. Firetask for iPad and Firetask for iPhone/iPod touch are available through the Apple App App Store for $9.99 and $5.99, respectively. A free 15-day trial version of Firetask for Mac can be downloaded for free from the Firetask website.
