Apple releases software updates


Apple has released several software updates. Mac OS X 10.8.2 Update is for the new 13-inch Retina display MacBook Pro, the new iMac and the Mac mini.

It offers single sign-on support for FaceBook, support for shared Reminders lists, better USB 3.0 support, enhanced graphics performance, the ability discard changes in an original document when using the Save As command, and more.

Apple has updated Logic, its software for musicians, to version 9.1.8. The upgrade fixes an issue that causes an Airport dialog box to appear and re-appear. It also fixes performance issues when using certain plug-ins.

Finally, Apple has posted Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 4.01 for Aperture 3 and iPhoto '11. It adds support for new Canon, Nikon, Panasonic and Sony cameras.
