Analyst: Apple shares 'posed to rebound'


In a note to clients -- as reported by "CNNMoney (tech.fortune.cnn.com) CLSA's Avi Silver tries to calm nervous Apple investors in the wake of the stock's 22.4% drop since it topped US$705 in intraday trading on Sept. 21. The analyst says the stock is "poised to rebound."

"We believe Apple's fundamentals are intact," he says, adding that the stock's miserable performance over the past seven weeks creates a "buying opportunity."
