SportsPage has announced SportsPage for the iPad, iPad mini, iPhone, and iPod touch. It’s an US$0.99 app that lets you enjoy sports news shared on Twitter, Instagram and websites.

Nerves has released Boldomatic 1.0 for the iPhone. It’s a free social networking app that “turns anything the user wants to say or tell the world into bold visual statements to boost user’s visibility on Facebook, Twitter and any other social networking platform.” What’s more, Boldomatic allows the user to create their own network and discover other Boldomatic users.

JustKidsApps has launched a free, “lite” version of its $3.99 Advent calendar for the iPad with illustrations by Swiss illustrator Viviane Dommann. The lite version contains the first four windows of the full version, which can be obtained via an in-app-purchase. With Christmas short stories, poems, little games, recipes and ideas for handicraft behind each window, the Advent calendar has something in store for everyone in the family to count down the days until Christmas.

Hado Labs has unveiled Snowflakes 1.0 for the iPad. The $2.99 app generates more than 9,000 unique and realistic snowflakes with intricate ice-like structural details.

Budge Studios has served up Strawberry Shortcake Card Maker. In the app, you join Strawberry Shortcake and her friends to mix and match outfits, accessories and animated stickers, borders and backgrounds. The custom creation can then be saved and turned into a digital greeting card to send to friends and family.

Wild Factor has debuted Duck & Roll 1.0. The $0.99 rhythm game tells the story of an ugly duckling with a hankering for rock and roll music. Growing up in a family of devoted classical music lovers, Jeff “The Odd Duck” Duck decides to leave his family behind to live out his dream and become a rock star. Tap, slice, hold and cut jumping stars to the beat of original rock and roll tunes in six different levels and songs, with multiple difficulty settings and more.

Byterush Studios has unleashed Jet Raiders 1.0. It’s a $1.99 arcade shooter that gives players three different playing modes. Players fly airplanes, fighter jets and helicopters, and earn points by destroying hordes of enemies. Players train to increase their piloting skills, earn trophies from side objectives and compete with friends. The game features five different environments, a customizable steering system, five aircraft with individual statistics and engaging graphics.
