Mail Call for OS X revved to version 1.3

Pugsley has announced Mail Call 1.3 for OS X, an update to its app that provides users with real-time, visible/audible notifications of incoming email from multiple email accounts.

Displayed in a single scrolling list, users can read, reply to, move, or delete emails sent to all of their different email addresses. Mail Call is designed for users who want to monitor, view, and respond to emails from more than one email account simultaneously. Mail Call supports IMAP/SMTP email systems.

Mac owners signed up with email services that use Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) can find in Mail Call a full feature mail notifier. Without any Internet browser or email client running, users can receive continual, updated notifications of newly received email.

Mail Call requires OS X 10.6.8 or higher. It costs US$9.99 and is available worldwide exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Productivity category (https://itunes.apple.com/app/mail-call/id571770046).
