RunRev says LiveCode 6.6, an update of the cross platform app development environment, is now available. The release brings automatic scaling and handling of Retina display screens to desktops.
It also adds open SSL and encryption support for mobile platforms. Additionally, a new assert command has been implemented to help folks who write tests.
LiveCode is available in a free "community" edition and an US$500 commercial edition. It works with Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms. Go to www.livecode.com for more info.
