Many of us have considered building a website, whether to promote a business, stay in touch with family, or just share our thoughts with the world. Now the author-artist team of Nate Cooper and Kim Gee hope to make building a website a bit easier with their comic-filled "Build Your Own Website (http://tinyurl.com/mjm2nuk).

The US$19.95, 264 page book is a comic tale with an educational twist. As readers follow along, they build a website using WordPress and their newfound knowledge of HTML and CSS. It's the perfect starting point for precocious teens eager to make their mark on the Web, tech-phobic adults, or creative types who have lots of great design ideas but get a little queasy at the sight of HTML brackets.

Cooper is an Apple-Certified trainer who teaches people how to build websites. He regularly offers classes about web basics in New York City. Gee is a is a Brooklyn-based comic artist and owner of Kim Gee Comics.
