Category Reviews

For those new to the column, a MacNews Category Review is an overview of Mac OS products for a particular category or occupation such as groupware, dentistry, accounting, etc. Originally known as the MacsimumNews Migration Kits, these categories help users move from Wintel machines to Macs, or exploring new categories of software to us.

For those new to the column, Macsimum Migration is our term for companies moving from Windows machines to Macs -- or at least adding or increasing the number of Macs they use. A Macsimum Migration kit is an overview of Mac OS products for a particular occupation, such as dentistry, accounting, etc. This week we're looking at Mac OS software used by firefighters. Unfortunately, we only found one. It's Mac OS X compatible.

Records Management 2000
