27-inch iMac users reporting various problems

"I go to YouTube and all the videos play really jerky, with sound popping and stuff."

"Just spoke with apple support. The word is that it is an issue with the graphics card. They've escalated the issue and hopefully a software update is forthcoming."

"If you leave it on for more than 5 hours, some applications like Rosetta Stone, Front-Row, iPhoto, Garage band and others start running slowly. I always end up having to restart the system."

"A QuickTime video I tried to view in my gallery on me.com had a different issue, it froze after playing back for 14 seconds and would not load further."

"Some, if not all, 27" iMac's (I've had one since Oct. 24th) have a bug that causes system resource consumption resulting in severe slowdowns.

"Most notably occurring after a period of Flash video playback the system resources for Safari plug-ins will consume 140% or more. I have tried reinstalling Snow Leopard from scratch, updating the flash plug-in and NVRAM resets only fix the problem for a brief period - Nothing fixes the issue permanently."
