Announcing the Macsimum Design Contest for the Next Great Apple Products

We want you to send us -- with an illustration -- your description of the next great Apple product. It can be a new iMac, a new laptop, a new iPod, a tablet Mac, the Newton 2, the iCar -- whatever strikes your fancy. We just want you to think outside the box -- or think different as the case may be.

We'll award 12 prizes, all of them books by best-selling author Scott Kelby. We'll award five copies of the [url=http://www.peachpit.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0321543955]Mac OS X Leopard Book[/url] (shown), three copies of the [url=http://books.google.com/books?id=D-byX4ip25EC&dq=The+iPod+Book&pg=PP1&ots=ga_B_l7B8c&sig=DhlFuNnZow639vg-8VTVPtw7Z48&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=4&ct=result]iPod Book[/url] and three copies of the [url=http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?mco=MTU2NjMx&nplm=TP345Z/A]iPhone Book[/url]. The contest starts today and runs through the end of the month. Send all submissions to dsellers@macsimumnews.com with the illustrations in any format that Photoshop can read.
