This time around, a group of delinquents are sent to clean the Blackwell Hotel. Naturally, there's a psychopath -- named Kane (Glen Jacobs) hiding in the rotting hotel. When one of the teens is captured, those who remain -- a group that includes the cop who put a bullet in Goodnight's head four years ago -- band together to survive against the nut-job killer.
Jacobs is an imposing presence as the hulking psycho, though his Kane is almost cartoonish with his razor sharp fingernails and the steel plate screwed into his skull. But writer Dan Madigan and director Gregory Dark offer no real suspense in the proceedings, merely ever-more-gory ways (including eye gouging) to dispatch the interchangeable stock ensemble of eight good-looking victims.
See No Evil is sadistic, misogynic crap. Avoid at all costs.
