Freshly Squeezed Reviews: Back to school already?
"The Spruce EcoSmart Backpack is designed to protect up to 15.6-inch widescreen laptops and is constructed with polyester material made from recycled plastic bottles. The case also features nickel-free hardware and recyclable plastic components."
Two treats as one - helping the environment and using a Mac!
The Juice
The US$89.99 EcoSmart Backpack from Targus features a key clip, water bottle holder, business card/ID holder, pen loops and accessory compartments. The front pocket provides a convenient place to store items while on the fly. There is more than enough space in all the pockets combined to carry your laptop, books, term papers, Marvel comics, what have you.
The padded back panel and adjustable, padded shoulder straps allow you to customize your EcoSmart Backpack for a comfortable fit. The inside of the pockets are a colorful green, making items stored inside easier to find, particularly if you're in a hurry.
And if you weren't accepted by any school, this backpack would be great for hiking or just taking your computing experience out of your house.
The Pulp
The material is very heavy-duty and the zippers are definitely solid. With more than enough pockets to meet your needs, on or off campus, this backpack could last longer than your Mac!
The Rind
Nada.
Summary
Targus is a company that has always been known for its quality. And this backpack is no exception. Plus they do it all while going green.
Buying this backpack could be the smartest thing you do this semester.
