MotionObj has announced SimplyTweet Lite 2.5.1, an update to the free version of their Twitter application for the iPhone and iPod touch. SimplyTweet lets you tweet easily and keep you informed via push notifications when someone messages or mentions you. The free version of SimplyTweet excludes built-in support for push notifications, themes and photo search.
MF Software has launched Top Rated Apps 1.0, an $1.99 title for the iPhone and iPod touch. It allows you to browse only the highest-rated apps on the Apple App Store, and store favorites for future purchase or reference. Unlike the iTunes App Store, it also lets you browse apps offline.
TimeStream Software has released the $2.99 Walt Disney World Resort Notescast for the iPhone. It has over 230 pages of information and over 400 photos.
Rove, which specializes in IT infrastructure management from smartphones, says its mobile enterprise IT management solution, Rove Mobile Admin, now supports the iPhone. It can be used to access Rove Mobile Admin version 5.0 server software. With the availability of the iPhone client, Rove Mobile Admin now supports all major types of smartphones including BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian and the iPhone.
Trigital Software has updated Goldfin, their $0.99 arcade game for iPhone and iPod touch users, to version 1.2. It's an action underwater adventure. The goal is to help Goldie escape from schools of deadly piranhas and to shock them by hitting eel tails. The player aims to achieve the highest scores in all three game modes.
