Known as Delayed Audio Feedback, this effect can be so confusing that the speaker becomes dazed, according to the folks at Ivanovich.

ALK Technologies has unveiled CoPilot Live 8.0.0.651, the latest updates to their $29.99 GPS navigation apps for iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS devices.
