"For those who were unable to attend WWDC, the training course in Utah is a great opportunity," remarked Jason Izatt, CEO of Izatt International. "With the possibility of covering the new additions coming in iPhone OS 3.0, local developers can stay on the edge."
Class will be 6-9:30pm Tue-Fri, June 23-26, plus 8:30-5:30pm Saturday, June 27th. This new evening format is designed to serve the working professional without requiring time off work.
Expert iPhone developers representing prominent iPhone development companies such as Izatt International and Pixio will be covering topics ranging from XCode and Interface Builder to the Accelerometer and Core Animation. Price is $1495 (USD); student price is $995.
The iPhone course is being offered in response to an increasing demand for smart phone development skills in Utah's 'Silicon Slopes' technology sector. Plus, many were unable to attend Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), so Izatt is providing an opportunity closer to home.
Izatt has been offering such courses since January 2009. These courses have included a 3-day iPhone SDK course, a 2-day 3D iPhone Gaming course, and a 1-day Beginning Objective-C course. Many former students now have apps of their own in the iTunes App Store, have started companies of their own, or have found new employment doing iPhone development. Information on the iPhone Development Course, including cost, curriculum and pre-requisites can be found on the Izatt International website.
