Mac developers unite to feed those in need

The New Year's Software Bundle sells for $59.99 (USD) and runs from Dec. 26th, 2008 to Jan. 4th. 2009 The normal price of all applications would be $262.59. Purchasing during this promotion, saves one more than $200 and sends $5 to help the Heifer Project fund sustainable farming projects around the world.

"MacZOT is a great way to introduce Mac users to applications they might not usually get a chance to see. It works out perfectly for everyone because developers get their products featured in front of a large audience while consumers get great values," said Brian Ball, inventor of AppZapper and founder of MacZOT.

The software included in this year's bundle is: Awaken, AppZapper, Caboodle, DEVONthink Personal, FileChute, Garage Sale, MacCleanse, Mail Stationery, MediaRage 3, Snapshot, and Xslimmer.

A portion of each sale will be donated to Heifer International - a charity that helps sustainable living and ecologically sound re-development efforts.
