In 1997 I bought a Power Computing PowerBase 200. It was an Apple clone with a 200Mhz processor in it. It came bundled with a BeOS install disc. One day I decided to install BeOS and see what it could do. Man, was I impressed. I loved the fact I could have multiple desktops. The Finder was so fast, that to this day, OS X's FInder doesn't even feel that fast. When you double-clicked on a folder to open it, it happened so fast, that if you blinked, you would have missed it. I can't imaging how that OS would run on a 2.xGhz Mac now days.
Anyway, watch both video below and see what your impressions are of the OS. Just keep in mind how old the system is and the hardware it was running on.
