CERF-Notebook

CERF-Notebook is an electronic record-keeping solution designed especially for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Rescentris' CERF (Collaborative Electronic Research Framework) is used by life sciences researchers to record and share their work across diverse applications and operating systems. CERF is an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) software product built on semantic web technologies. It's a 21CFR11 compliant server-based system that manages scientific research content.

CERF provides a full-featured ELN to actively capture intellectual property and make laboratory information readily available throughout R&D organizations. The Rescentris CERF-Notebook product was designed specifically to enable secure collaboration and to increase the efficiency of multi-disciplinary life scientists.

Discovery Notebook

Discovery Notebook is designed to help chemists in pharmaceutical discovery research plan, record and analyze experiments. The latest version has an advanced software developer kit (SDK) that enables integration to corporate registries and inventory systems,extensive searching and browsing capabilities, and a pre-loaded reaction template database containing 21,000 transformations and 170,000 compounds.

MLAB

MLAB is a program for interactive mathematical and statistical modeling. It includes curve-fitting, differential equations, statistics and graphics as some of its major capabilities. It has over 30 command types and over 400 built-in functions from the areas of elementary mathematics, transcendental functions, probability and statistics, linear algebra, optimization, cluster analysis, combinatorics, numeric input/output, and graphics.

SimBiology

The MathWorks' SimBiology 3 is a tool for modeling, simulating and analyzing biological systems in one integrated, graphical environment. It's designed to provide an intuitive and flexible environment for population pharmacokinetic (PK) modeling and analysis. It includes a PK model wizard that offers the ease-of-use of a built-in library without the limitation of pre-defined models,
