Agent Business Builder is a solution for a real estate salesperson's daily needs.

Alpha Link Duo

Alpha Link Duo is a residential mortgage loan processing application targeted for mortgage brokers using Macs. The actual standard Fannie Mae forms are on the screen for easy entry. The program also includes the latest DO/DU electronic submission to lenders.

BA Manager Real Estate

BA Manager Real Estate is an office administration package featuring address management, time planning, correspondence, accounting and more.

BuyLeaseOsX

BuyLeaseOsX BuyLeaseOsX is a small application for future lessees and lessors who wish to calculate and analyze leasing vs. purchasing options (for US Federal tax system only). It uses its own class to calculate all relevant figures, such as depreciation, taxes, rents, and the respective present values etc. It includes a basic sensitivity analysis tool and makes use of the SM2DGraph Framework for graphical representation of data. US-State tax calculation hasn't been implemented yet.

Commercial/Industrial Development, Version 5

Commercial/Industrial Development, Version 5 is real estate software for commercial and investment projects. It assists the user in assembling hard costs, soft costs and financing details to assess project feasibility and create pro forma reports for submission to a lender or investor.

Comparative Lease Analysis

Comparative Lease Analysis is designed for brokers, real estate professionals and tenants.

Crypto

Crypto makes CRYPTO module Grance, French management software for office and estate agencies, and Crypto module Organiiseur, a modular solution for management, property management, deal, vacation rental, accounting, etc. Both are Mac OS X compatible.

CurbTalker

CurbTalker is for real estate brokers and agents. It answers calls from prospects day and night, delivers "accurate and convincing" property pitches, takes and emails messages, transfers callers to your cell phone and stores caller information for later follow-up.

Expose

Expose lets real estate agents manage their projects. From a database of customers, the software finds the most suitable real estate and handles all correspondence with and information about the customers.

Gesta Fiche-Entrepreneur

Gesta Fiche-Entrepreneur is a complete billing program for real estate contractors. It has features to help users keep track of inventory, billing, customer services, receivables, and so on. It supports optical barcode readers, inkjet and laser printers and/or receipt printers.

heliosproperty

heliosproperty is a business-to-business, sales and marketing management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that supports the international collaboration among real estate professionals (property developers, agents/brokers, real estate investment companies). It's designed to "transcend organizational, geographical and language barriers."

HUD-1 Forms

HUD-1 Forms for Mac by Technovation Software produces the standard HUD-1 forms used in escrow offices, real estate offices, and law offices handling real estate closings.

HuGO

HuGO is a database for real estate agents.

IMMO Images

IMMO Images by Power is a French management solution for real estate transactions that runs under Mac OS X.

InmoBell

InmoBell by Idemsoft is a Mac OS X compatible program for real estate agencies with automatic links to the Web.

Investment Property Analyzer

Investment Property Analyzer lets you analyze potential investment properties to confirm they will perform as expected.

iuLoan

iuLoan by iUNI Technologies Corp. lets you make loan and lease calculations from your Mac. You can calculate both Canadian and US mortgages as well as standard loans. iuLoan also has an assortment of tools such as car lease, credit card and loan qualification calculators. Plus, you can view and print an amortization schedule.
