'Macsimum News' announces new media partner: 'the Mac Night Owl'

Currently, we have more reader input, more writers and more content than ever before -- from great places including media partners at MacOSG and KW Media (Photoshop User and Layers magazines). We offer podcasts from my own editorial content, daily news with a twist from Mac OS Ken with Ken Ray, the MacNotables and MacVoices with Chuck Joiner, and weekly satire from The Video Sandbox with Frank Petrie. And now The Mac Night Owl is on board.

Gene Steinberg is the mastermind behind two radio shows. One is The Tech Night Owl LIVE (at www.techbroadcasting.com) and the other is The Paracast, a paranormal show (at www.theparacast.com). Combined they have roughly 60,000 unique listeners monthly (people who subscribe on the site, through iTunes, etc.). In addition, the two sites devoted to these shows and the Mac Night Owl commentary site (macnightowl.com) have between 1.3 and 1.5 million genuine page views per month.

On The Tech Night Owl LIVE best-selling author, commentator and host Gene Steinberg continues to interview the movers and shakers of the tech industry. He has talked with executives from all the major companies, including Apple, Google and Microsoft, along with tech journalists from the most influential publications, including The New York Times, Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal. Each week, tens of thousands of loyal listeners download a copy -- or listen to the live stream online -- to be entertained and informed.

The Paracast is widely recognized as the "gold standard of paranormal radio," and covers the subjects that traditional science has ignored, such as UFOs, ghosts and strange creatures. Steinberg and co-host David Biedny probe and provoke with equal fervor. Loyal listeners are also active and outspoken on The Paracast's online message boards.

Among the things you can expect to see from Macsimum News and The Mac Night Owl are special advertising deals and promotions. For more details on this, drop me a line at dsellers@macsimumnews.com

Terra Noctis: Free Dreaming Promises Ple...
When I first played Terra Noctis, I came away with an incredibly positive opinion. Sure it had its share of problems. In fact, it had a ton of small ones. However it was still a cool platformer that was well worth the somewhat hefty (comparably) price of $2.99 at the time. The cost has dropped down to $0.99 since then, but even that might be “too... | Read more »
