Here's the text of the petition: "This petition aims to put through the addition of Czech and Slovak languages into the standard configuration of Mac OS X 10.6 operating system.
"Herewith I express my discontent with the current situation of how the Czech and Slovak languages are distributed, managed and translated by the Apple distributors in the Czech and Slovak republics.
"All of this does not meet the standards, which Apple offers in other countries whose language is a standard part of Mac OS X 10.5 and other Apple programs.
"If Apple intends to acquire with its products also local customers, which do not command one of the offered foreign languages and expect by right, that they will be able to use hardware and software in their mother tongue with no further complications, Apple itself as well as its representatives in the Czech republic and Slovakia will have to amend their current language policy.
"Specifically it means translating all Apple software into Czech and Slovak languages and putting through an insertion of these localizations into the basic configuration of Apple software products.
"Herewith I hence demand Apple company and its representatives in the Czech and Slovak republics to integrate Czech and Slovak languages into the standard configuration of the forthcoming operating system Mac OS X 10.6 and into other software products from Apple."
