PlumChoice’s expanded Mac services include (1) ConfigureMe, a new one-time Mac setup service, (2) MigrateMe, a Mac-to-Mac or PC-to-Mac data migration service, and (3) CoachMe, a Mac training session about the Mac, as well as core Apple applications such as OS-X and iWorks. New subscription-based packages (4) ProtectMe, an off-site data backup of the Mac, and (5) FullSupportMe, a combination package of all Mac services, can also be offered to end users for a fixed monthly fee.

These five new services enhance PlumChoice’s existing Mac support offerings, which span Mac software installation, peripheral/device setup and wireless network setup as well as iPod/MP3 setup and digital/video camera setup and training. All Mac services are currently available for Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5. Support for the new Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) operating system will be added when it is released later this year.
