'setteB.IT': 3 Italy wanted the iPhone, but Jobs didn't answer the calls

"We can sign any kind of contract with them but Steve Jobs didn't answer to my two email messages" added Novari. Mobile carrier 3 Italy will wait for a while. If nothing happens with Apple, they may ask officials to look at antitrust issues

Currently, the iPhone will be sold in Italy with two major carriers: TIM and Vodafone. There are four mobile carrier in Italy: TIM, Vodafone, Wind and 3. In June 2007 Novari told setteB.IT this about the iPhone in Italy: "You need to ask Vodafone, as they're working on it. We don't have contacts -- but we would."
