Targus releases new laptop cases

The Targus Radius Convertible Messenger/Backpack (US$99.99) is designed to fit the 15-inch MacBook Pro and features an EVA molded notebook compartment for added protection. The black and olive convertible messenger/backpack features a zip down workstation with custom sized pockets made specifically to fit a Mighty Mouse, MacSafe Power Adapter, Apple Remote and iPod. This case also features a business card holder, key clip, pen loops along with a trolley strap for easy transport on rolling luggage.

The Targus Radius Convertible Messenger/Backpack converts from a backpack to messenger and includes a zippered pocket to store the backpack straps when not in use. The padded shoulder straps are ergonomically designed and include an integrated cable management system to keep the iPod headphone cord neatly wound. The product measures 13.3 x 4.18 x 18.10 inches and is 4.18 pounds.

The Targus Radius Messenger ($89.99) is designed to fit and completely protect a 15-inch MacBook Pro. The messenger includes a back pocket to store files and other documents and features locking zipper pulls to secure the notebook compartment. The padded removable shoulder strap and carry handle provide carrying options while the water-resistant material keeps belongings dry during wet weather. The black and olive case can accommodate Apple accessories such as MacSafe Power Adapter, Apple Remote and iPod. The case measures 17.13 x 7.09 x 12 inches and weighs 3.08 pounds.

The Targus Radius Vertical Messenger ($59.99) is designed to fit and exclusively protect a MacBook. The workstation features customized pockets designed specifically to fit an iPod, Mighty Mouse, Apple Remote and MacSafe Power Adapter. The messenger is black and olive in color and features a slim, vertical design. Made of polyester the Radius Vertical Messenger is water resistant. The product measures 11.02 x 2.17 x 14.17 inches and weighs 2.2 pounds.
