Trapster iPhone users can now view the Trapmap and listen to trap notifications in the language of their preference, and automatically post the speed traps and road trips they create to their Facebook wall or Twitter feed. By using OAuth for Twitter, and Facebook Connect, Trapster integrates with social sites for real-time sharing without requiring users to hand over their log-in credentials.
Users can now automatically feed their new traps or trips to Twitter and Facebook. Tweets include geocode data and a link to view the trap or trip on a map, while wall posts include trap or trip information, map view, a link to the actual trap or trip, and support comments and likes.
Trapster is a location-based mobile application that alerts users in real-time when they approach speed traps or red-light cameras. The free community-powered application is available for download in the Apple App Store.
