MacTech News

Launched in May 1996, MacTech News is an email list aimed squarely at the Mac technical community. Created by MacTech magazine, MacTech News is the source of news, information, updates and special offers specifically for the Mac technical community.

The charter of the MacTech News list is to make those interested in Mac technical topics more aware of available resources, and to provide an efficient channel through which Mac software developers and manufacturers can spread the word about new product releases. To further this charter, list is open to press, developers, industry figures, and the general public.

The list will be moderated by MacTech magazine staff and is a natural extension of MacTech Magazine. As moderators, the goal is to manage the list traffic, so that subscribers aren't overwhelmed. In addition, a digest version of the list is available.
