Landlord Report

Landlord Report provides a full range of property management functionality. It can handle an unlimited number of properties & units including single family homes to multiple unit dwellings.

Powermate

Powermate makes several Mac OS X products targeted to realtors. They include: Agent Business Builder, a 32-bit contact management and sales tool; Classified Simplified Pro, real estate ad writing software; REALedger, real estate office management software; Real Estate Address Book & Letter Writer, a real estate contact manager product; and PowerMate Real Estate Letters.

MacMultiList

MacMultiList from TotalMac Software is an application that lets real estate agents access their MLS systems. It supports many MLS systems, including Stellar (Interealty), Compass (Moore), and BORIS.

Markler

Markler is a full service Office Management System (OMS). Its components include Closing Manager, Listing Manager, Contact Manager, Lead Management & Routing, Unlimited Document Storage, Transaction File Distribution, Customer Data Collection, Closing Reports, Listing Reports, Customer Access Portal, Lock-Box & Sign Tracking, Inter-Office Messaging, Fully Integrated Day Planner, and Single System Licensing.

MortgageMaker

MortgageMaker by Nick Parlante analyzes all of the continuing monthly costs of a real estate loan or refinance, as well as the one-time closing costs and qualifying ratios which are important to buyers who want to see how to qualify. It's compatible with the traditional Mac operating system, but isn't Mac OS X native.

MultiLedger Accounting

MultiLedger Accounting by CheckMark Software is an accounting package that handles Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Job tracking, Commissions and more.

NetAppraiser

NetAppraiser is an Internet based, client-server, data management solution for the real estate appraisal industry. It provides a way of collecting, managing and finding historical appraisal information for particular types of properties in specific regions.

nh2b Immo

nh2b Immo is real estate management software that can be deployed over multiple agencies and handle multiple portfolios and negotiators. It's compatible with PostgreSQL and MySQL.

O.B.I.S.

O.B.I.S. Maxolution is a Mac OS X compatible real estate management and information system for property managers and owners of real estate.
On Schedule

On Schedule is real estate housing subdivision, land and condo development software. With it you can build a month-by-month estimate of construction costs, development costs, development loan utilization and repayment, project absorption and partnership distributions. On Schedule allows you to produce a variety of professional pro forma reports for your lender and investors.

Property Manager

Property Manager is a property management package with over 40 forms and reports. It includes a calendar with reminder capabilities and an integrated word processor.

Prosoft

Prosoft is a pro app dedicated to the management of relationships between salespersons and customers in a real estate environment.

Pushbutton Landlording

Pushbutton Landlording from ExPRESS is property management software. It' s a stand-alone computer program designed to help you automate the "income side" of your rental property management operations. It "handles all of the bookkeeping chores you normally do to keep track of your rental properties and your tenants."

Rally Point

Rally Point is a community collaboration site designed for homeowners associations (HOAs), apartment complexes, condominiums or any other group of people who need to share files, notes, FAQS or car registration information. It's available for free for anyone with less then five units and can be upgraded to handle almost any size organization.

Real Estate Appraisal Log

Real Estate Appraisal Log by Midwest Appraisal Network is an appraisal log that contains two formats, a column format showing all of your appraisals along with a summary at the bottom of a count of all appraisals not delivered along with a dollar volume not delivered. It has a full letter sized page of all the information needed on each individual appraisal order. The fields included are the name of the appraiser, the property appraised, the date of the appraisal, the purchaser, the client and the appraised value to comply with state law. Midwest also makes NetAppraiser, a Mac OS X compatible set of database tools.

Real Estate Investment Analysis

Real Estate Investment Analysis is real estate cash flow projection and analysis software to evaluate commercial and investment properties. It performs a 20-year projection of the consequences of ownership and resale of any income-producing real estate. Lite and international versions also available. Real Estate Investment Analysis provides measures of investment quality including IRR, MIRR, cash-on-cash return, and models the return on investment for a sale at the end of each year. It produces up to 19 color pro forma reports including APOD, cash flow, rent roll and sensitivity reports, a detailed partnership analysis/presentation and even a complete pre-formatted business plan that's ready to take to the bank.

RealIntroduction

RealIntroduction by Astoundit provides real estate agents with a method of creating personalized presentations. It works with Mac OS X 10.2 or later.

Rental Property Tracker Plus

Rental Property Tracker Plus by SpiritWorks Software Development is a rental property management tool that lets you keep track of all your rental units, tenants, rental income, expenses and more.

Socrates

"Business Legal Forms & Agreements Made E-Z" by Socrates provides a variety legal agreements. The company also makes "Buying and Selling Your Home Made E-Z," a guide to house selling and buying.

TeamAgenda

TeamAgenda by Teamsoft is project scheduling software. It integrates with FileMaker Pro 4.0 (and higher).

TimeShare Manager

TimeShare Manager by Atlantic Associates is a full function resort property management system designed to be used by a single person or by a workgroup.

Tracer Professional

Tracer Professional from Tracer Systems Limited is a Customer Relation Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

VR Worx

The VR Worx from VR Toolbox is a suite of QuickTime VR tools that combines all the VR Toolbox QTVR solutions into a single integrated interface, a studio environment. It gives you the ability to generate QTVR Panoramic movies, Object movies and Multi-node scenes.
