App4Mac (http://www.app4mac.com) has updated CheckUp, a Mac OS X tool for checking the health and monitoring the behavior of a Mac computer (even from a remote computer), to version 2.7. The upgrade can detect more common issues of Mac computer and display more details about how to fix them.
CheckUp 2.7 also offers improved alerts management on disks or memory issues, support of recent Macs (Mac Pro, iMac, Mac Mini Server), a new tool to send feedback directly from the help menu, auto update functionality an an updated user interface. There's also improved documentation.
A user license of CheckUp costs US$49 and can be installed on two computers. Version 2.7 is a free update for registered users. Discounts are available for education and volume licensing.
